Air discharging system
for cold aisle and hot aisle

The data center cold air aisle and hot air aisle design is that cold air enters the surface opposite to each two rows of server cabinet, the hot air outlet faces the other side, the cabinet front end composition channel is called the cold aisle, the hot air output row is called the hot air aisle. In general, the cold air aisle faces the air conditioning output pipe, the hot air aisle faces the air conditioning return air pipe, and the return air port is arranged above the hot aisle. A movable floor is installed in the data center of the cold / hot air aisle and opened at the front end of the cabinet. The air conditioner dispense air under the floor and transports the cold air between the open air to the "cold channel (cold air aisle)". The hot air aisle is to transport the hot air back to the air treatment device for circulation before the hot air is mixed with the cold air.

Overview

1. The width of the aisle assess is 1200 mm, the height of the aisle front door is adjusted with the height of the cabinet; the two sides and the top of the aisle are sealed to improve the utilization rate of air conditioning in the aisle and save energy and reduce consumption.

2. The access door installation frame and sealing plate are assembled structure for convenient transportation and installation;

3. The appearance design is high-grade and elegant as any fastening screws on the sealing plate and access door are invisible outside.

4. The high-grade access door is sliding and frame-less glass door without border.

5. When entering the Aisle, the access control motor open the aisle door, the aisle door slips into the inside of the seal board; after entering into the aisle, the aisle door is closed after several seconds delay, and continues to remain normally closed;

6. When departing from the aisle, press the inside of the aisle door switch button, the aisle open, and after departing from the aisle, the aisle door delay after a number of seconds to close, continue to remain closed;

7. The skylight bracket is equipped with LED strip lighting lamp, one end of the channel on the right seal board with the lighting switch,When switch on,the aisle light will light;

8. The door lintel is equipped with LED light strips. Press the atmospheric light switch on the right sealing panel of one end of the channel. The switch is open and the atmospheric light on the door lintel is on.

9. The top skylight can be installed with movable skylight and fixed skylight. The movable skylight is closed by magnetic lock suction. When it receives the fire feedback signal, the magnetic force disappears, and the skylight is rotated and opened because of gravity. At this time, fire gas can enter the passage.

10. Double slot at the top, double slot strong and weak electrical will be separated to arrange wire.
